Origins

Karanja oil, also known asPongamia oil,originates from the seeds of the Pongamia glabra tree, primarily found in India and other tropical regions of Asia, Africa, Australia, and the United States.The oil is extracted through cold pressing the seeds, yielding a yellow to brown oil with a characteristic nutty aroma.
